Everybody very pleasant. Pleasant building. Small amount of waiting. Very efficient, can always get small suggestion appointment tasking blood test. I had to enquire do I fast. wish I had been told to drink water before attending to facilitate phlebotomy. I think we are extremely fortunate to have such wonderful care.

Its very hard to get appointment when you don't do a nine to five job. My job is a undertaker which is early start around 6 am most days and finish late. Many times tried to get appointment and always told that they can't book for the next day I have to come in or phone the next day. There is no fault for people like myself to get appointment I don't have the time in morning to be hanging on a phone when I should be getting my funeral read this is totally wrong. I try hard so I don't let down my firm if I new that I could book the time the day before it gives my firm a chance to rearrange.
